Fall Conference 2010

Come spend the weekend on beautiful Catalina Island as we explore our theme for the weekend:

Made. Who Am I? What Was I Made For?

At Campus by the Sea, you will enjoy the beauty of nature, fun activities, a great time meeting other students, and getting to know our friends better.  Popular activities include kayaking, hiking, fishing, swimming, snorkeling, basketball, and eating really great food.

This weekend is open to all Bruins regardless of whether or not you consider yourself a Christian. There are scholarships available, so don’t let money stop you from coming!

Be sure to register online and turn in your deposit by Thursday, October 21. We hope to see you there!

About Vikki Rubens:

Vikki Rubens is on staff with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship and is currently the Area Director of Oregon with her husband. She is passionate about teaching and training students in seeing Jesus in a relevant and fresh perspective, and seeing how that relates to their everyday life. Vikki’s bi-cultural background and diverse interests are a part of the foundation of her effectiveness in bridging different cultures. She is a California native and graduated from UCLA, but now lives in Portland, Oregon, growing in love for grey skies, local farmers, and her three chickens–Sarah, Jessica, and Parker.
